The goal is to make your plan fit your specific needs.  This is not just the same old plan for everybody that you have to follow and get frustrated that it doesn't fit your lifestyle.  Change is good but the most effective changes are smaller ones that lead to larger ones.

FEEL BETTER INSIDE & OUT

The Mind, Body, & Heart are all connected and to work out one without the other would be a mistake.

BEING MINDFUL

Stress impacts your heart, your immune system, & your mindset. So by being mindful we are working on stress reduction to keep us working with a clean slate.

MOVING THE BODY

Inactivity can lead to heart and circulatory diseases like heart attack and stroke.  It can also lead to obesity, depression, and even a shorter life span.

HEART INTELLIGENCE

The heart and brain are deeply connected and you can partice coherence techniques that make you feel more joy, increased energy, better decision-making ability, and improved mental and physical health outcomes.

STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR GOALS

Aside from the mind, body, and heart needing connection we as human beings need to be connected to others with like minded goals. We have to stay true to what we want to do with our life and free-time and we need to interact with other people trying to do good in the world and better themselves.  Programs like ours will make us feel better and therefore attract more positive energy in our lives.

Frequently Asked Questions

Intermittent Fasting

Some people find Intermittent Fasting to be helpful on their fitness & nutrition journey but we truly have to listen to our bodies. Brian only eats between 11AM-5PM but consumes water outside of that window and eats as much as he feels he needs depending on physical activity.

Strength Training

Some people just want to tighten up their body, others want to build up to their biggest potential- either way we can help you figure out what methods work best to get you where you want to be. Also, we can customize a plan using either equipment at a gym of your choice OR with using simple home work out methods to keep things more cost efficient and in the privacy of your house or apartment.

Protein Shakes

What should you look for in a protein shake? What are you looking to use them for? Brian uses Rise311 but we can talk more about what your specific needs are and help you figure out what might work best for you if this is a route you'd like to go.

Cardio Training

I know, I know- a lot of us HATE cardio. However, the key to cardio is determining what form you can actually enjoy.  Maybe its using your stationary bike, maybe its rowing, swimming in the backyard, maybe you'd rather dance- either way, we will figure out how to fit it into your life in the best possible way.

Sleep Routine

Not everyone needs the same amount of sleep but aiming for 7-9 hours is ideal to clear your mind, let your body recover and to start fresh. Lets figure out what bed time and wake up time work best for your lifestyle to get that amount of sleep, PLUS if you struggle with falling asleep lets talk about ways to get yourself asleep and how to do it without dangerous sleep aids.

Water Consumption

This is always going to be a big sticking point.  We need to consume enough water though, it is vital.  Although water intake is a individualized number that you'll have to figure out- a great starting point is 15.5 cups for men and 11.5 cups for women.  If your activity level is causing you to sweat you should increase your water intake, and you should also remember to consult your doctor about medications you're taking and what their water consumption needs may be.

Every program with us is personalized.
